Aims and Scope

Eksakta : Berkala Ilmiah Bidang MIPA (E-ISSN : 2549-7464) is an open access journal and peer-reviewed that publishes either original article or reviews. The journal is dedicated towards dissemination of knowledge related to the advancement in scientific research. The prestigious interdisciplinary editorial board reflects the diversity of subjects covered in this journal. Under the realm of science and technology, the coverage includes environmental science, pure and applied mathematics, agricultural research and engineering, biology, biotechnology, bioinformatics, Healthcare sciences (including clinical medicine, preventive medicine & public health), physics, biophysics, computer science, chemistry and bioengineering, to name a few. Times period of 2023-2025, this journal is published at 3 month intervals on January-March (Issue 1), April-June (Issue 2), July-September (Issue 3), and October-December (Issue 4). Since 2026, after 1 year of achievement in Indonesian National Accreditation Sinta 2, this Journal is published at 2 Month intervals on January-February (Issue 1), March-April (Issue 2), May-June (Issue 3), July-August (Issue 4), September-October (Issue 5) and November-December (Issue 6)

Information for Authors

Article Types

Research Article

Research articles should present the results of an original research study. These manuscripts should describe how the research project was conducted and provide a thorough analysis of the results of the project. Systematic reviews may be submitted as research articles. Authors are encouraged to be concise although currently there is no length limit on research articles.

Survey Article / Critical Survey Article

A survey article aims to summarize the evolution of a theory, concept, or technique from inception to the current state of the art. It focuses on collecting and presenting technical information, often to describe the history of discoveries about a given topic. A survey article / critical survey article intended for submission should specifically deal with the present status of the topic considered and conclude with possible avenues for future work. It is advisable to develop the article with a brief description of historical details with relevant references and necessary prerequisites to be as self-contained as possible.

Review

A review article provides an overview of the published literature in a particular subject area. The review or mini-review should be authoritative and of high interest. A minimum of two figures/illustrations should be included in the review or mini-review that should be a maximum of 5000 words long (excluding references and figure legends). High-quality reviews from leading researchers in their fields are particularly welcome.

A manuscript paper intended for publication typed in 10-point font size in single spacing with a generous margin all around may be submitted using any of the following modes:

Articles Process Policy

Articles received are immediately processed. Once the paper gets through the screening by the local team and Crossref Similarity Check against plagiarism using iThenticate (the journal follows strict discipline for accepting manuscripts below 30% overlap excluding references and quotations), it is passed on to the handling Editor who assigns referees with expertise in the field. Referees are requested to provide their reports within three weeks. The reports of the referees help the handling Editor to arrive at a decision. In case of recommendation for revision, the Editor may advise the authors to re-submit their paper after due revision as per suggestions/comments of the referees. The revised paper is again evaluated by the same referees. On receiving the final decision from the Editor, the Editorial office makes necessary correspondence with the author(s). In case of clear recommendations for publication, the galley proofs of the paper are sent to the corresponding author. After the receipt of the corrected galley proofs, an effort is made to accommodate the paper in an issue to appear next.

Title Page, Abstract, Keywords & Phrases

The first letter of each word in the title should use upper case. Include on the first page the article title, author's name, affiliations with the country name, and email. Authors must provide an abstract of not more than 250 words, the latest Mathematics Subject Classification, and 3 to 6 keywords and phrases. Statements of Lemmas, Propositions, and Theorems should be set in italics.

Figures and Tables

Figure(s) set in any format should be neat and clearly visible. Please include figures at the end of the manuscript Word file, or provide a high-quality PDF containing all figures. Make sure images are of the highest resolution, and any letters inside are clear and legible. In addition, all figures and tables be numbered and the appropriate space reserved in the text for insertion be clearly indicated. Tables must be editable, and not as images.

References

References be arranged in alphabetical order by the surname of authors. References should be cited in the manuscript by numbers, e.g. [1], [3], [6]; not by author and year. References should be given with their DOIs as much as possible.

Copyright

It is assumed that the submitted manuscript has not been published and will not be simultaneously submitted or published elsewhere. By submitting a manuscript, the authors agree that the copyright for their article is transferred to the Pushpa Publishing House, Prayagraj, India, if and when, the paper is accepted for publication.

Galley Proofs

Galley proofs of an accepted paper will be sent to the corresponding author, unless requested otherwise, for corrections. Authors are advised to check their galley proofs very carefully before returning them to the publisher.
